Couples Therapy for Parents

Feeling like you're just roommates after welcoming a baby, navigating the toddler years, or even getting stuck in the routines of your older kids? You're not alone.

As a therapist, I often hear couples struggling to navigate this new phase of life. Research confirms that the transition to parenting can strain even the strongest relationships.

During this time, you might find it hard to connect with your partner, feel resentful, or struggle to find time for intimacy. Daily routines shift, emotions run high, and household responsibilities become overwhelming. It's easy to feel like you're simply co-existing to care for your kids.

But there's hope. In couples therapy, we'll pinpoint the challenges you're facing and work together to improve communication, balance responsibilities, reignite intimacy, and move past the roommate stage.

Parenthood brings joy, but it also brings significant challenges to a couple's relationship dynamics.
