A Guide to Self Care as a Parent

We live in a world where self care can be classified as selfish or indulgent, when in reality it is an essential component to parenthood.  When we care for ourselves, the bounds of energy, patience, encouragement, attention, and love we’re able to provide our kids and partners is amplified. In this printed, downloadable course, I walk you through the importance of caring for ourselves holistically as well as real examples to implement into your routines so that you can feel energized and restored.

Managing the Mental Load After Kids

The mental load - an invisible, but nonetheless heavy stress - can cause significant strain in a relationship. In this course, we work together to better understand and address the mental load, its origins, and its impact. Through discussion, we’ll discover together how our childhoods, backgrounds, and parenting approach impact our mental load, as well identifying fair and actionable plans to address these challenges with our partner. I’ll equip you with the tools to create a more open, equitable, and fulfilling partnership where the invisible loads are shared and conquered together.
